Obituary of John D. Driscoll

John D. Driscoll, age 78, of Brooklyn, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. Born on October 4, 1946, in Brooklyn, New York, he was the beloved son of the late Edward and Mary (Feeley) Driscoll.

John proudly served his country as a U.S. Navy Veteran and was a recipient of the National Defense Medal. His commitment to service and love for his country were evident in his distinguished military service.

A devoted husband of 58 years, John shared a beautiful life with his cherished wife, Barbara A. (Murray) Driscoll. Their enduring love and companionship were an inspiration to all who knew them.

Loving father of John D. Driscoll, Jr. (Maggie), and Patricia DiFusco. Cherished grandfather of Lindsay DiFusco.

He took immense pride in his family and was a constant source of support, love, and guidance. His legacy of kindness, strength, and dedication lives on through his children and all those whose lives he touched.

John will be remembered for his warm smile, generous spirit, and unwavering dedication to his family. He will forever hold a special place in the hearts of his loved ones and friends.

Reposing on Sunday, December 1 from 4:00 - 9:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, New York. 

Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 AM on Monday, December 2 at Good Shepherd R.C. Church, 1950 Batchelder Street, Brooklyn.

Burial to follow at Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton.
