Frank J. Munafo, age 84, of Brooklyn entered into eternal rest on Friday, June 14, 2024. Frank was born April 4, 1940, in New York, New York. He is the son of the late Joseph and the late Josephine (Badalamenti) Munafo. Dedicated firefighter of 30 years from Engine 249/ Ladder 113, retiring in 1999. Beloved husband of 49 years to Candance Munafo. Loving father of April Carnella (Jim) and Joseph Munafo (Kim). Cherished grandfather of Robert, Nina, Jaimie and Katie. Dear brother of Fran Angelo.
Reposing on Wednesday, June 19 from 6:00 - 9:00 PM and Thursday, June 20 from 2 - 5 and 7 - 9 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn.
Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:30 AM on Friday, June 21 at St. Bernard R.C. Church, 2055 East 69th Street, Brooklyn.
Burial to follow at St Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale.
