Filex was definitely a great neighbor and friend. Always wanted to help out with any problem, working on my Jeep (we both have and loved Jeeps), telling me about his excursions on his ranch in Puerto Rico, his city farm in Floyd Bennett Field of which I was the happy recipient of his expertise and I’ll miss our deep political “discussion's “, but most of all I’ll miss him. Always there, always a smile and always a thumbs up.
