I have known Peggy for many years through Nora’s restaurant. We always talked about our families. I never had the pleasure of meeting Joseph but I witnessed the pure love and dedication of this family as we shared visits to our loved ones who were ill. I KNOW they have an angel watching over them. God Bless you all.

A human life is a story told by God. - Hans Christian Andersen.
Captain Joe and I started our journey moving up the ranks at the Staten Island Ferry at the same time. We learned from the best. We shared our experiences and celebrated each other’s success. I have and will cherish many fond memories. Fair winds and following seas my friend. My deepest sympathies to your family and all who loved you.

Joe Ecock was instrumental to the Columbus Council’s Columbiettes 126 in suggesting our last fundraiser. Knight at the Races. It was well attended and a big success. Many Thank yous to Joe.
Also remember the boat ride in Jamaica Bay.
He will be sorely missed! Rest in Peace.
