Obituary of Anna Josephine Calderone

Anna Josephine Calderone, 77, of Brooklyn, NY, passed away Friday, January 12, 2024. Mrs. Calderone was born October 7, 1946, in Queens, NY. She is the daughter of the late John and the late Mary (nee McGovern) Regan. Predeceased by husband James Calderone.

Mrs. Calderone will be missed by her beloved, Joel Hassen.

Mrs. Calderone is survived by her children James Calderone, the late Thomas Calderone, Evelyn Vulpis (Angelo,) Keri Orlando (Joseph,) and George Calderone.

Cherished grandmother of Natalie, Damian, Justin, Rocco, Angelo, Alexia and Joseph.

Great grandmother of Ava, Miley, Elijah, A.J., James and Mia.

Forever In Our Hearts

Calling hours will be Tuesday, January 16 from 2:00 – 5:00 PM and 7:00 – 9:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc., 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held Wednesday, January 17 at 10:30 AM at St. Athanasius R.C. Church, 2154 - 61st Street, Brooklyn, NY.

Burial to immediately follow Calvary Cemetery, Queens.
