Obituary of Albert "Rebel" Schulz

Rebel Schulz passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2023.

Born April 17, 1929, in New Orleans, LA.

As a teenager when in Brooklyn, he met his sweetheart and stayed ever since.

Rebel is predeceased by his loving wife of 72 years, Mamie Ferrara.

Devoted father of the late Albert Schulz (Anna,) the late Freddy Schulz and Donna Penney (John.)

Grandfather of Lisa, Christina, Annamarie, Chance & Shane. Great grandfather of Dominick & Aiella.

Forever In Our Hearts 

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May Mr. Schulz’s soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

Visitation will be Tuesday, August 1, 2023, from 2:00 – 5:00 PM & 7:00 – 9:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home.

Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at 10:30 AM at Mary Queen of Heaven Church.

Burial to immediately follow in Pinelawn Memorial Park.
