Obituary of Salvatore Rizzo

Salvatore Rizzo, age 82, of Brooklyn, NY passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2022.  Salvatore  was born February 6, 1940 in Italy. He is the son of the late Michele and the late Teresa (nee Mangiardi) Rizzo. 

He is survived by his beloved wife Mary Ann (nee Mockler) Rizzo.

Salvatore will be missed by his devoted children Michael Anthony and Terri Ann.

Cherished grandfather of Adrianna, Jason, Katrina, Alyssa and Michael.

Dear brother of Cosmo, Immacolata and Mariannina.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May Salvatore's soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

The visitation for Salvatore Rizzo will be held at Marine Park Funeral Home on Friday, September 23, 2022, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Columba Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, September 24, 2022, at 10:00 AM.

Military Honors will be performed before Mass at 9:45 AM at St. Columba RC Church.
