She is the daughter of the late George and the late Mabel (Campbell) Levy. Beloved mother of Garth Reynolds and Paulette A. Mitchell. Cherished grandmother of 3. Dear sister of Esmie Douglas.

Reposing Friday, May 6 from 4:00-7:00 PM at Grace Reformed Church, 1800 Bedford Avenue, Brooklyn, New York.

The service will be held at the church at 7:00 PM.

Burial on Saturday May 7, 2022.

Procession to form and depart funeral home at 10:00 AM to Plain Lawn Cemetery, Hicksville, New York.
