John was my next door neighbor for the last ten years. He was a great neighbor .He was always looking out for my house when I was not home. We had great conversations over the back yard fence. He was always back there putting together a beautiful garden arrangement. He would invite me over to sit in his yard.when his friends dropped by. We had a lot of laughs just talking in the driveway. I was worried when I first moved. You never know what kind of neighbor one will have. I hit the jackpot with John. He would call me buddy. When he was in better health he would come over our home and we would go over to his and Helene's home. I will miss him dearly. It is hard for me to think he will not be sitting on his patio chair this summer. Until we meet again buddy. Good - bye for now buddy. I love you.

Helene, Eileen and family,
Thinking of all of you and remembering John as a good, strong family man. Thank you for posting those pictures, they brought a smile to my face. A happy and proud grandfather! My oldest son Patrick recently graduated from St John Fisher college up near Rochester, NY aka Bills country! As a proud Jets fan from downstate he took a ribbing from the Bills mafia, they’re very passionate about their team. I’m sure John loved the Bills because after all they’re the Only football team from NYS! May God bless your family and may John Rest In Peace. Know that Patty and I and my boys will be praying for all of you!
Love,
Chris Leahy

Happy that I introduced “Spanky” to Pine Lake Manor. He really enjoyed his golf trips up to the mountains. Can’t say it was enjoyable riding shotgun with him driving.
Great Man
May he Rest In Peace.
