I worked for Mr. Martucci in the JHS 50 Students for an Urban society in the early 1970's and he was also my teacher. He was a wonderful man with a great sense of humor. He will be greatly missed. I saw him on the porch of his home 2 years ago and he remembered my name. I smiled and all the love for this great teacher was still there. May he rest in peace. His legacy will go on for ever in the hearts and minds of his students. Faith J Reilly RN

I lived across the street from JHS 50. I met Mr Marcucci at the summer programs there before I even went to JHS 50. I joined The Students For Urban Society program he lead as my sister Faith and brother Andy did. He taught me citizenship, honesty and compassion for my fellow person.I also lived around the corner from Martucci on E.22nd ST. My husband and I would run into him occasionaly. He spoke to us in that down to earth wonderful way he alway communicated with people. He would ask me how my sisters, brother, cousin and mother were doing. He would then proceed to tell me about his wife , children and grand kids. He was a compassionate man wise beyond his years. I will cherish the memoriews I haver of this wonderful teacher, mentor, friend and man. God bless you Mr Vincent J. Martucci and all his family and close friends.

My condolences to the Martucci family. May Vinny find eternal rest in heaven.I have a lot of found memories from spending numerous hours with him around his table. My favorite is the "chuckle patch". Always brings a smile to my face when I think about it.

My condolences go out to the family of Mr. Martucci. He was my 9th grade Social Studies teacher about 34 years ago. He was such a nice person and had a great personality. Great teacher--one of the best I ever had. I will miss him. My prayers are with you.
