John Hector Zayas, age 59, of Scottsdale, AZ, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, November 9, 2021.

Forever In Our Hearts

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May John's soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

I'd like the memory of me

to be a happy one,

I'd like to leave an afterglow

of smiles when life is done.

I'd like to leave an echo

whispering softly down the ways,

of happy times and laughing

times and bright and sunny days.

I'd like the tears of those

who grieve, to dry before the sun.

Of happy memories that I leave

when life is done.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Columba R.C. Church, 2245 Kimball Street, Brooklyn, New York.

Burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Brooklyn.
