Sarah Catherine Takacs

1933 – 2021

Belove Wife of  56 years to Frank Takacs. Loving Mother of 3. Cherished Grandmother of 3 and Great Grandmother of 7. Dear Sister

Born and lived in Brooklyn her entire life. Homemaker, Manager and Librarian were a few hats she wore. Three words to best describe Sarah are Loving, Caring and Giving. 

Forever In Our Hearts

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May Sarah's soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

Reposing Wednesday, May 19 from 2 - 5 and 7 - 9 at Marine Park Funeral Home, 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn.

Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:45 AM on Thursday, May 20 at Good Shepherd R.C. Church, 1950 Batchelder Street, Brooklyn.

Burial to follow at St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale.
