Obituary of Joseph R. Bean

Joseph R. Bean passed away on April 20, 2021. He was 63 years old. Joseph was the beloved husband of Lori Bean. Joseph was the loving father of Danielle (John) Gardener, Joseph (Katelyn) Bean Jr., Bryan (Stephanie) Bean, Michael (Victoria) Bean, and Steven Bean. He was the cherished grandfather of 8. Joseph was one of New York’s Bravest, serving as a firefighter with the FDNY as part of E 217.

The visitation for Joseph R. Bean will be held at Marine Park Funeral Home on Monday, April 26, 2021, from 3:00 to 8:00 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at 9:30 AM - the family will be meeting at the funeral home by 8:30 AM. The Committal Service will immediately follow the Funeral Mass at St. John Cemetery.
