Obituary of Margaret Kenney

Margaret Kenney, "Peggy", age 86, of Brooklyn entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, March 23, 2021. Mrs. Kenney was born May 18, 1934 in Brooklyn, New York. She is the daughter of the late David and the late Margaret (Ryan) Selkirk. Devoted wife of the late Edmund Kenney. Loving mother of Gail Foley (Kevin), Eddie Kenney, Barbara Lind (Thomas), Thomas Kenney (Cathy) and the late John Kenney. Cherished grandmother of Thomas, Kathleen Matthew, John, Deirdre, Shannon, Kevin, Kristen, Kaitlin, Michael, William, and Brian. Dear great grandmother of Jack, Juliette, Caroline, and Isabella.  Beloved sister of Barbara and the late Geraldine. Adored aunt of many nieces and nephews.


Forever In Our Hearts


Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May Peggy's soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.


Reposing Monday, March 29 from 3:00 - 7:00 PM  at Marine Park Funeral Home, 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn.


Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:45 AM on Tuesday, March 30 at Good Shepherd R.C. Church, 1950 Batchelder Street, Brooklyn.


Burial to follow at Calverton National Cemetery.
