Obituary of Carlos Sanchez

Carlos Sanchez “ Carlin” was called home at the age of 86 on Thursday February 25,2021. Papi was born on January 2,1935 in Penuelas, Puerto Rico. Papi is the son of the late Carlos Sanchez and Vicenta Diaz. Loving husband for 64 years of Maria Sanchez. Dear brother of Ruben, Angie, Leyda Cardone and deceased siblings Inocensia, Theresa, Prudencio, Osvaldo Mendoza. Loving Father of  “Cuchie” (Deceased) Carlos , Leyda , Nilda ( Deceased ) Norma and Nilsa. Blessed with 7 Grandchildren Nicholas, Mariita, Kelly, Jennifer, Charlie, Lil Louie and Kayla and 6 Great Grandchildren Jaylene, Jonathan “Cucuso,” Jordan, Avani, Zaxary  “Zacharia” and Leighton. If you asked a hundred people who Papi was, they’d all give you a different story. A dedicated Husband, Loving Father, Grandfather and a great friend with a great sense of humor.

Reposing Wednesday, March 3, 2021 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM, at Marine Park Funeral Home, 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn.

Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 10:00 AM at St. Jerome's Roman Catholic Church, 2900 Newkirk Avenue, Brooklyn. 

Burial to immidiately follow at Cypress Hills Cemetery, 833 Jamaica Avenue, Brooklyn.
