My condolences to Mrs. Cole's children, grand children and great grandchildren. I only found out about her passing and I'm very sad to hear. Mrs Cole was a very sweet woman. I was privileged to meet her at the local salon she would get her hair cut. I always insisted on giving her rides home. I would tell her Mrs. Cole have a slice of pizza and I will take you home. I won't let you walk in the snow or heat but, she was very Independent. I would take her to Mario's Pharmacy I would run in for her to get her meds. I loved helping her and I wouldn't take no for an answer. It was never a bother.
We were in Wawa and she was so adorable getting her chocolate milk, candy bar and chips. She would say the little things.
Mrs Cole was a patient where I work and not a day went by I wouldn't think of her or look for her crossing the street with her walker.
She was a Beautiful person and holds a special place in my heart. I will light a candle in her memory. May you rest in peace.
I will miss you.
Love, Eileen

There are many things about Grandma I will remember. For me personally, I think it’s how quickly she embraced me in the first family events I came to. Receiving my first booties in my favorite color was enough to warm me, literally & figuratively. Later, it became sharing the mutual love of a Bailey’s Irish Cream on the rocks or the homemade stuff I had made especially for her on Christmas. What I will always attribute to her and Grandpa Ted will be the love and obvious unbreakable and palpable bond in this family. Now, we feel them both from beyond, and I’ll bear witness of it with every milestone and chapter each of her kids, grandkids, great grandkids have. I’m honored to play a role in the legacy she leaves behind. ~Grace M.

Mrs. Cole was a true “neighborhood mom”, everyone’s second mom and one to me as well. For this, I'm proud and honored. From us in the neighborhood she had a number of names: Mom Cole, Mama Cole and (for me) Mrs. Cole. If I had a nickel for every time I slept in the Cole’s basement growing up, I would be rich, real rich. I’m rich in another way, with love for Mrs. Cole and the whole family. Maureen, Tim and Joan are older, so, of course we looked up to them. Eileen and I were in the same class together and I watched her excel in many ways. Rob and I competed against each other on the track and cross country courses. Mrs. Cole always cheered us both on equally, even though we went to different schools. Even way back then, I knew that was special. I was living back in NY at the time and was there for Rob's 40th birthday party and there might have been an offer and a joke or two about sleeping in the basement. Now, may she enjoy her time being with Mr. Cole again. May she Rest In Peace.
All of our Love,
Shawn and Alice
