Obituary of Benito Merola

Benito Merola passed away on February 17, 2020. He was 85 years old. Benito was born in Naples, Italy to Rocco and Luigina Merola. He was the beloved husband of Caroline (nee Pepe) Merola. Benito was the loving father of Luigina (Hugh) Blando and Rocco (Laura) Merola. He was the cherished grandfather of Teresa, Anthony, Sophia, Michael, and Santino.

The visitation for Benito Merola will be held at Marine Park Funeral Home on Wednesday February 19, 2020 from 2:00 - 5:00 PM & 7:00 - 9:00 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Good Shepherd Roman Catholic Church on Thursday February 20, 2020 at 9:45 AM - the family will be arriving at the funeral home by 8:45 AM. The Committal Service will take place at St. John Cemetery.
