Josephine Barbiere, age 89, of Brooklyn passed away Saturday, January 4, 2020. Josephine Barbiere was born November 21, 1930 in Brooklyn, NY. She is the daughter of the late Charles and the late Jennie (Montalto) Calano. She married Rocco C. Barbiere. Cherished Mother to Rosemarie Nicoletti (Robert), Janet Barbiere (Elliot Kroll) and Deborah Barbiere (Robert DePorto). Adored Grandmother to Michael, Bianca, Alexis, Darien, Stephen, Emily and Sophia. Dear Great Grandmother to Zina, Tea, Enzo, Rocco and Theo.

Wake service will begin on Tuesday January 7, 2020 from 2:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home. 3024 Quentin Road Brooklyn, NY 11234.

Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday January 8, 2020 at St. Bernard Roman Catholic Church for 9:30 AM. 2055 East 69th Street Brooklyn, NY 11234.

Committal service to immediately follow to Green-Wood Cemetery. 500 25th Street Brooklyn, NY 11232
