Obituary of Joan E. Flynn

Joan E. Flynn, age 93, of Brooklyn entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, October 29, 2019. Mrs. Flynn was born February 20, 1926 in Brooklyn, New York. She is the daughter of the late John and the late Edith (Harvey) McLaughlin. Loving mother of Billy J. Flynn (Bernadette), the late Thomas E. Flynn (Joan), Kevin J. Flynn, Eileen F. Tucci (Jim), Robert Flynn (Toby), Kathleen Powers (Bill) and James J. Flynn (Barbie). Beloved grandmother of Tara, Shannon, Katie, Thomas, Liam, Kate, Michael, James, Christopher, Maggie, Jane, Sean, Jacob, Eddie, Matthew and Sarah. Cherished great grandmother of Ryan, Luke, Dylan, Faith, Gavin, Ramona, Phoebe, Natalie, Thomas, Caroline and James Peter.

Reposing Saturday, November 2 from 6:00 - 9:00 PM and Sunday, November 3 from 3:00 – 7:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, New York.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held 11:00 AM on Monday, November 4 at St. Brendan Roman Catholic Church, 1525 East 12th Street, Brooklyn, New York.
