Obituary of Andonetta Picone

Andonetta Picone, age 93, of Brooklyn entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, July 9, 2019. Mrs. Picone was born October 4, 1925 in Sassano, Italy. She is the daughter of the late Antonio and the late Vincenza (Quagliano) Petrizzo. Beloved wife of the late Giuseppe Picone. Loving mother of Chiara Maria Grazia Priante (Felice) and Rosa Guzzo (Franco). Cherished grandmother of Domenico Priante, Antonietta Morrone, Giuseppina Dai and Antonietta Doran. Dear great grandmother of Stefano Priante, Alessandra Priante, Daniele Priante, Adrianna Dai and Francesca Dai. Beloved sister of the late Chiara Petrizzo and the late Giustina Frabasile.

Reposing Thursday, July 11 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn.

Funeral Mass will be held 9:30 AM on Friday, July 12 at St. Bernard R.C. Church, 2055 East 69th Street, Brooklyn.

Burial will take place at the local cemetery of Andonetta's hometown in Sassano, Italy.

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May her soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
