Obituary of Theresa C. King

Theresa C. King, age 62, of Breezy Point died Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center of New York, NY. Mrs. King was born June 18, 1956 in Brooklyn, NY. She is the daughter of the late and the late Helen (Kelly) and John Clarke. She is survived by her loving husband: Michael J. King; her devoted children Michael, Amy and Meghan; her brother Martin; her sisters Ellen (Harry) Blair and Veronica (Raymond) Kelly; her sister in law Susan Clarke; and many nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held 11:00 am on Monday, December 10 at St. Thomas More RCC, 204-25 Rockaway Point Blvd., New York, NY. Calling hours will be Sunday, December 9 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc., 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.

Theresa formed a very close relationship during her time at Memorial Sloan Kettering with all the dedicated and compassionate staff. It was her wish that in lieu of flowers a donation be made to The Jean Fund which provides resources for advanced education of the nursing staff. Kindly make checks payable to The Jean Fund and note Theresa King in the memo. Checks may be sent to 105 Beach 222nd Street, Breezy Point, NY 11697. The King family will deliver the donations in Theresa's honor.
