Charles V. Tavernise, age 74, of Brooklyn passed away on Tuesday, October 9, 2018. Mr. Tavernise was born August 22, 1944 in Brooklyn, NY. He is the son of the late James and the late Sylvia (Fiorerosso) Tavernise. Loving Husband of Sherry (Russakoff) Tavernise. Devoted Father of Darrin Tavernise and his wife, Janet (Gonzalez) Tavernise. Cherished grandfather of David and Jake Tavernise. Dear son in law of Rose Russakoff.

Reposing Thursday, October 11 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.

Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 AM on Friday, October 12 at St. Bernard R.C. Church, 2055 East 69th Street, Brooklyn, NY.

Committal service to follow at Green-Wood Crematory Chapel inside Green-Wood Cemetery, 500 25th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11232.
