Obituary of Lena Rago

Lena Rago, age 94, passed away on Saturday, September 29, 2018. Mrs. Rago was born December 23, 1923 in Brooklyn, NY. She is the daughter of the late Antonio and the late Angelina (Pacini) Pollizzi. Lena was a beloved wife to the late Daniel Rago. She was a loving sister to Ann Chiacchiaro, the late Pasquale Pollizzi, the late Frances Ciccone, the late Edward Pollizzi, and the late Rose Pollizzi. Cherished Mother to her two sons Nick Rago, and Anthony Rago. An admired Mother-In-Law to Sharon and Josephine Rago. Adored Grandmother to Nick Rago Jr., Kristen Emmel, Anthony Rago Jr., Michael Rago, and Daniel Rago. Dear Great Grandmother to Aidan Emmel, Alex Emmel, Cooper Rago, and Ainsley Rago.

Wake services will begin on Thursday October 4th, 2018 from 2:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home. 3024 Quentin Road Brooklyn, NY 11234 718-339-8900.

Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday October 5th, 2018 at Good Shepherd Roman Catholic Church at 9:45 AM.
