Obituary of Carmella Russo

Carmella Russo, age 91, of Brooklyn passed away on Tuesday, July 31, 2018. Mrs. Russo was born March 1, 1927 in Brooklyn, NY. She is the daughter of the late John and the late Margaret (Cerminaro) Amoroso. Devoted wife of the late James Russo Sr. Loving mother of the late James Russo Jr. (Marie) and Robert Russo (Cathleen). Cherished grandmother of Brian, Keith, David, Michael, Timothy and Peter. Dear great grandmother of Emma, James, Juliana, Isabella, Emelia, Kyan, Samantha, James and Declan. Beloved sister of Margaret Russo, the late Marie Tomao, and the late Ann Veronica Rogers (Henry Rogers).

Reposing Thursday, August 2 from 2 to 5 PM and 7 to 9:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.

Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 AM on Friday, August 3 at St. Columba R.C. Church, 2245 Kimball Street, Brooklyn, NY. Burial to follow at Long Island National Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY.
