Christine Sommer, age 99, of Brooklyn passed away on Monday, July 30, 2018. Mrs. Sommer was born April 18, 1919 in Brooklyn, NY. She is the daughter of the late Cosmo and the late Mary (Constanzo) Cascio. Beloved wife of the late Morris G. Sommer. Loving mother of Robert C. Sommer (Barbara) and Marie C. Sommer. Cherished grandmother of Jeannine Rotondi (Anthony) and Robert Sommer Jr. (Daniella). Dear great grandmother of Jianna Rotondi, Justin Rotondi, Christopher Sommer, Biagia Sommer and Luca Sommer.

Reposing Thursday, August 2 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.

Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:30 AM on Friday, August 3 at St. Mark R.C. Church, 2609 East 19th Street, Brooklyn, NY. Burial to follow at Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, New York.
