In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Team Rubicon. Their primary mission is providing disaster relief to those affected by natural disasters, be they domestic or international, by pairing the skills and experiences of military veterans to the assistance needed. This is an excellent way to honor Billy's life in many ways. To make a donation online, please follow this link.
