Obituary of Kazimiera Dylewski
Kazimiera Dylewski, 95, passed away on July 18th, 2017 at Moses Taylor Hospital in Scranton, PA. She was the daughter of Bronisław Kostrzewa and Weronika Wiśniewska. She was the widow of Tadeusz Dylewski and they shared a beautiful marriage together.
She was born in Choceń, Poland on September 21st, 1921. Kazimiera worked hard in Warsaw, Poland cleaning business offices and lived through so many hardships before coming to Ameri ca. Kazimiera lived through World War II, surviving tragedies that no one wants to endure because of her faith and strength.
Kazimiera was a member of Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Hawley, PA. We have been blessed with the presence of Kazimiera in our lives and she will be deeply missed. She has two wonderful children Edward Dylewski, married to Teresa Dylewski, and Donna Stires, married to Phil Stires, both who were born in Poland as well; 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Queen of Peace Roman Catholic Church in Hawley PA. The burial will take place in Warsaw, Poland.
