Obituary of Jean Charles H. Thenor

Jean Charles H. Thenor, age 78, of Brooklyn entered into Heaven on Wednesday, June 14, 2017.  Mr. Thenor was bornon November 4, 1938 in Haiti. He is the son of the late Emmanuel and the late Rosalie (Caliste) Thenor. 

He was in the Haitian Air Force and worked as a laborer when he came to New York. 

Mr. Thenor is the loving husband of Lucrece Pierre.  He is the cherished father of Cam-Suze Leveille, Marjorie Thenor, Romel Thenor, Pascale Thenor, and Emmanuel Thenor.  He is the adored grandfather of Kendrick, Jason, Charles, Ashley, Katiana, Joanna, and Chloe.   He will be greatly missed by his sisters Veronique Thenor and Eugenie Balan-Thenor.

Visiting hours will be Friday, June 23 from 4:00 to 9:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc., 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 24 at Church Of Holy Innocents, 283 E. 17th Street, Brooklyn, NY.  Committal service will be at Green-Wood Crematory, Brooklyn on Saturday, June 24.
