Obituary of Thomas K. Murdoch

Thomas K. Murdoch died on February 17, 2017. He was 69. The son of Gertrude and the late Walter Murdoch, he was born April 1, 1947 in Brooklyn. Tom was a veteran of the US Marine Corps and dedicated Firefighter FDNY, Retired. His love and passion of basketball was evident through his longtime commitment as coach of the Good Shepherd & St. Edmund's High School basketball teams. He was predeceased in death by his wife Nancy and father Walter. Tom leaves behind his sons Daniel & Brian. Dear brother of William (Jane), Peggy Leahy (Jim), Gerard, Richard (Jean), Christopher (Patty) and Jean Bivona (Joe). An Uncle, Great Uncle and Friend that will be missed. Reposing Sunday 6 to 9:00PM and Monday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9:00PM. Funeral Tuesday 10AM Good Shepherd R.C. Church. Interment in the family plot will follow, St. Charles Cemetery.
