Uncle John and Aunt Laura posted a condolence
Robert, Janet, Rich and James, Yesterday we lost our sister and best friend. Our loss is trivial compared to the loss you are suffering at this time. Her children and grandchildren were your mother’s life and she was so proud of each one of you. Please take comfort in the fact you did everything to make her life a joy before her illness and you made it tolerable during her hours of greatest need. Your mother will be taken care of by God now. You are the perfect examples of what a mother’s love can produce. We love you, Uncle John and Aunt Laura

Janet, Robert, Richard, & James: Your Mother (my Aunt)touched so many lives, both personally & professionally, in such a positive way. It's rare that one person's goodness and good nature transcends both the personal & professional spheres of others - this, I can personally attest to. I was first introduced to your family when I was 17 years old and for as long as I can remember Aunt Mary referred to me as her nephew - she welcomed me from day one. She treated me like a true member of your family and I have always felt that way - more than that, I've known that. I along with Karen and all my children are so very grateful to have shared that sunny day, a few weeks ago, with her - we will forever remember her smile and laughing at Papa's (Uncle John)jokes. I'm blessed to have known Aunt Mary and to have been a part of her life. Thank you all for being a part of mine... Love, Chuck

Robert, Janet, Rich and James: I dont even know where to begin. All of my childhood memories include your Mom and she was always laughing (usually at my father). I guess my fondest memories are when Chuck and I lived on 31st Street. So my nights sitting at the table having coffee and, of course, a piece of Entenmanns cake! I am so sad for all of you but please know how much we all LOVE your Mom! Each of my children had and will always have a special place in their hearts for your mom! We love all of you!

My Aunt Mary was one of the sweetest and friendliest people I've ever encountered. Whenever I would see her she would greet me with a smile and a hug, and she would always be so interested in what I was doing or what I had to say. Life becomes very busy, we all have our own schedules, things we need to do and time, unfortunately, slips away from us. Although I would have loved to see Aunt Mary more I am thankful for the times that I have shared with her and I am glad that I was able to see her this summer. Her presence will always remain with our family and now there is one more angel in heaven watching over us.
