Jacob Bauer passed away on April 17, 2016. Jacob's visitation will be on Sunday April 24, 2016 from 2:00 - 5:00 PM and 7:00 - 9:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home. The Committal Service will be held at St. Charles Cemetery, in Farmingdale New York on Monday April 25, 2016. The procession will leave Marine Park Funeral Home at 10:00 AM.
