Obituary of Gloria P. Fennell

Gloria P. Fennell, nee Twyford, 91,passed away on Friday, April 1, 2016 in Tequesta, Florida. Gloria was born in Brooklyn, NY on November 1, 1924 to John and Margaret Twyford. She is survived by her daughter Peggy Hatt and her husband Vern, her son Bryan and his wife Cathy, her grandchildren Terence and his wife Brinley, Joseph, Maggie, Katie, Eileen, and Moira, her great-granddaughter Campbell and her nephews Robert and Jimmy. In addition, she is survived by her very dear friends who she considered family, the Moffitt, Lee, Flanagan, Tench and McGee families. She is preceded in death by her husband Frank, her son John and her sisters Marge, Nettie and Julie and her brothers John and James. In lieu of flowers, that family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation (alzfdn.org) or an organization supporting children of your choice. The family would like to offer its sincerest thanks to the staff of both Tequesta Terrace and Vitas Healthcare for the care and love they showed Gloria in her final years.
