Thomas M. Ahern, age 77, of Breezy Point entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 . Mr. Ahern was born October 22, 1938 in Brooklyn, NY. He is the son of the late Thomas F. and the late Margaret (McCarron) Ahern. Beloved husband of Rosemary M.(McDonald) Ahern. Loving Father of Fr. Thomas Ahern, Joan Mary Ahern Sammon (Michael), Margaret Burke (John), William Ahern (Monica), Kathryn Lucano (Andrew) and Elizabeth Cowley(Gregory). Cherished grandfather of fourteen A Mass of Christian burial will be held 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 5th 2016 at St. Thomas More R.C. Church, 204-25 Rockaway Point Blvd., Breezy Point, NY. Burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Brooklyn, NY.
