Helen Callaghan, age 86, of Rockaway Park died Saturday, September 20, 2014 at Lutheran Medical Center of Brooklyn, NY. Mrs. Callaghan was born June 11, 1928 in Ireland. . She is the daughter of the late Patrick and the late Ellen (Connor) Lynch. Beloved wife of the late Patrick Callaghan. She is survived by two daughters: Jean M. Arnold of Belle Harbor, NY, Evelyn and four sons: John, Patrick, Robert, Brendan. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:45 am on Wednesday, September 24 at St. Francis De Sales R.C. Church, 129-16 Rockaway Beach Blvd, Belle Harbor, NY. Burial will be in St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY. Visiting hours will be Tuesday, September 23 from 2 to 5 PM and 7 to 9 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc., 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY. .
