Wendy was a loyal and dear friend. She dedicated her life to her church, family and friends. There was no nonsense with Wendy as she was direct and expected people to meet her high standards of excellence. Wendy was truly a good person who was beloved by family and friends. We will miss her at our annual Seders. She has left a deep void in our lives. Our sincerest condolences to her family. Rest in peace our dear Wendy.
With great respect and love,
Shirley and Harold Dembo

I had the fortunate pleasure to have known Wendy during her tenure at Tottenville High School. She was a "lady" in every wonderful sense of the word. She was supportive and loving with her students and colleagues alike.
After visiting Jamaica, I mentioned to her how much my husband, Rich, loved curried goat.
She arranged to cook it for him and deliver it from Brooklyn to Holmdel NJ in order for him to relish it.
We have fond memories of her kindness and she will be sorely missed.
We are truly sorry to hear of her passing.
April and Rich Margolin

Van and I had the honor of teaching with Wendy. In all the years we worked together, Wendy was always a shining example of elegance, intelligence, love and faith in action, dignity, leadership, and gentleness. Our daughter and I will always remember our happy Manhattan museum visit and high tea with our dear friends Wendy and Mildred Gold. We thank God for Wendy's life and for giving us the opportunity to know such a fine lady. May God comfort Wendy's family and friends.
With deepest sympathy, Van and Alice Wilson

Wendy was a delightful, wonderful woman to know and be friends with. She will be sorely missed.
We invited her to visit with us in Florida. She always said, "maybe next year", and continued to send cards for any occasion these past years.
A sweet, lovely woman has left us. RIP dear friend.

Wendy is a former colleague from Tottenville. I had not seen her in many years, and then fortunately, I had the pleasure of seeing her just a few months ago. I'm so glad I did. I will always remember her graciousness and kindness. Condolences to all her friends and family.

To the family members of Wendy Pilgrim,
I was fortunate to have supervised Wendy at Tottenville High School for about ten years. A consummate professional and dedicated staff member was only a part of her wonderful personality.
She was extremely supportive to me when my son was diagnosed with cancer. I will never forget her support.
May she rest in peace.
Sincerely yours,
Louis D. Greenzweig
