Rose Marie Battista, age 88, of Brooklyn passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2017. Ms. Battista was born November 29, 1928 in Brooklyn, NY. She is the daughter of the late Ralph and the late Jean (Iacona) Gamble. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Battista. Loving mother of Joanne Russo (Andrew), Linda Froncillo (Dominic), and Joseph Battista (Marie). Dear sister and cherished grandmother and great-grandmother. Calling hours will be Wednesday, March 8 from 2-5 and 7-9 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 am on Thursday, March 9 at Our Lady Of Peace R.C. Church.
