Thomas J. Evans passed away on Saturday December 31, 2016. Beloved husband of Raisa Evans. Loving father of Meaghan Evans, Brittney Evans, Dmitry Pilipis and Michelle Margulis. Cherished grandfather of Elana Margulis, Gidion Pilipis and Ariel Margulis. A visitation will be held at Marine Park Funeral Home on Wednesday January 4, 2017 from 5:00 - 9:00 PM.
