Obituary of Fay Forte

Fay Forte entered into eternal life on Saturday, July 2, 2016. Born on Staten Island, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Concetta Forte. During her life, Fay enjoyed a career in the banking industry. She leaves to mourn her passing her daughter, Mary Elizabeth, and her two grandchildren, Christina and Patrick. Visitation will take place on Wednesday and Thursday, July 6th and 7th from 2:00-5:00 and 7:00-9:00 PM. The funeral will depart the funeral home on Friday at 10AM. A committal service will be conducted at the Green-Wood Crematory on Friday at 10:30 AM.
