Obituary of Cynthia Caporale

Cynthia Caporale, 71, passed away on April 28, 2026.

Born to the late Thomas and Emily Caporale, Cynthia was a devoted daughter, a loving sister, and a cherished aunt. She is survived by her dear siblings, Thomas Caporale and his wife Ellen, and Emily Hallman and her husband Jeffrey. Cynthia was the beloved aunt of Thomas and William Caporale, both of whom brought her immense pride and joy.

Cynthia had an extraordinary career as an exemplary nurse, she loved the outdoors, was an avid swimmer and skier, and was a devoted cat mom. 

Cynthia will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and the deep love she had for her family and friends. Her presence touched many lives, and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

The visitation for Cynthia Caporale will be held at Marine Park Funeral Home on Sunday, May 3, 2026 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Columba R.C. Church on Monday, May 4, 2026 at 10:00 AM - the family will be gathering at the funeral home by 9:00 AM. The Committal Service will immediately follow the Funeral Mass at St. Charles Cemetery in Farmingdale, NY.
