Obituary of Aimee C. English

It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Aimee English, a devoted wife, loving mother, proud grandmother, sister, and cherished friend to so many.

Over the last year and a half, Aimee fought a truly courageous battle against cancer. Through every challenge she faced, she showed remarkable strength, grace, and resilience. Even in her most difficult moments, she remained the strong, smart, funny, and vibrant woman that everyone knew and loved. Her determination and spirit inspired all who stood beside her, and her love and spirit remained unwavering until the very end.

Aimee’s greatest joy in life was her family. She is survived by her devoted husband, Brad English; her loving children, Dylan (Nicole), Samantha (Kendra), Adam, and Jillian (Frankie); and her adored grandchildren, Raelyn and Gabriella, who brought endless light and happiness into her life.

She was also the beloved sister of Doug (Jack), and will be deeply missed by her extended family, dear friends, and all whose lives she touched.

Aimee will be remembered for her quick wit, her warm and generous heart, her fierce devotion to her family, and her ability to make others laugh even during life’s most difficult moments. Her strength and courage throughout her illness were a true testament to the incredible woman she was.

Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing her suffering has ended and that she is now at peace. Her love, laughter, and beautiful spirit will live on forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Calling hours will be Wednesday, March 25 from 2:00 – 5:00  & 7:00 – 9:00 at Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc., 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.

Cremation will follow on Thursday, March 26 at Green-Wood Crematory at 11:00 AM.
