Obituary of Rose S. Pelham

Rose S. Pelham, age 86, passed away on December 2, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.

Rose was the beloved mother of Susan, Scott (Olaine), Karen Mennella, and Kim (Peter) Pelham-Cozzoli. Her children were her greatest pride, and she nurtured each of them with profound kindness, wisdom, and warmth.

She was the cherished grandmother of Marc, Nicholas (Caitlin), Dillon (Melissa), Andrew (Lillian), Matthew, Peter, and Annalise. Rose adored her grandchildren and remained a constant source of encouragement, laughter, and love throughout their lives.

Her legacy continues in her great-grandchildren—Tiana, Natalie, Lincoln, Collin, Lilianna, Caleb, Henry, Azzurra, and Cameron—each of whom brought immense joy to her later years. Rose delighted in watching her family grow, celebrating every milestone with gratitude and pride.

Rose will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and all whose lives were brightened by her presence. 

May she rest in eternal peace.

The visitation for Rose S. Pelham will be held at Marine Park Funeral Home on Thursday, December 11, 2025 from 2:00 - 5:00 PM & 7:00 - 9:00 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, December 12, 2025 9:30 AM at Resurrection Roman Catholic Church. The Committal Service will immediately follow the Funeral Mass at Lutheran All Faiths Cemetery in Middle Village, Queens NY.
