Joseph Faiello

Obituary of Joseph J. Faiello

Joseph J. Faiello, age 36, passed away on September 22, 2025, after a courageous battle with colon cancer.

Joseph was the beloved son of Fausto and Brenda Faiello and the cherished brother of Anthony, John, and Francesca. He shared a particularly close bond with his sister Francesca, with whom he enjoyed breakfast every morning and attended Comicon together.

He was the loving cousin of Joe, Robert (Michele), Arianna, Vanessa, and Rocky, and the dear nephew of Rosalba and Enzo Ali and Donna and Joe Francavilla.

Joseph had a deep love for animals, especially his beloved dog Bella, and he treasured the memory of his late dogs Sonny and Bandit.

A graduate of St. Edmund’s High School, Joseph proudly served with the New York City Sanitation Department for five years. He was also an avid gamer, deeply engaged in the online gaming community where he found both joy and connection.

Joseph’s strength and spirit shone throughout his years of illness, and he will be remembered for his courage, warmth, and the love he shared with family and friends.

In Joseph’s honor, the family kindly requests that donations
be made to the NYU Langone Tribute Page for Colon Cancer Research and Treatment.
