Obituary of Nicholas Burriesci

Nicholas Burriesci, 86, of Brooklyn, NY, passed away Thursday, September 4, 2025. Mr. Burriesci was born November 12, 1938, in Manhattan, NY. He is the son of the late Anthony and the late Jennie (nee Gagliardotto) Burriesci.

He is survived by his loving wife Sandra (nee Incontrera) Burriesci.

Devoted father of Renee Sorrentino (Thomas) and Nicholas Burriesci (Elana.)

Cherished papa of Alexandra, Thomas (Rachel), Vanessa, Nicholas and Justin.

Loved great grandpa of Grace and Juliette.

Brother of the late Rosalie Zichittella, Salvatore Burriesci (Ingrid), the late Fran DiPietro and Loretta Knecht (Ron).

Mr. Burriesci was a beloved uncle and friend and will be missed dearly by all who knew him. 

Calling hours will be Sunday, September 7 from 2:00 – 7:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc., 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM on Monday, September 8 at St. Bernard R.C. Church, 2055 East 69th Street, Brooklyn, NY with Bishop Raymond F. Chappetto officiating.

Burial to immediately follow in Canarsie Cemetery, Brooklyn.
