Obituary of Gregory T. Rup

Gregory T. Rup, age 70, of Brooklyn, New York, passed away Thursday, July 17, 2025. Mr. Rup was born February 5, 1955 in Brooklyn, NY. He is the son of the late Andrew and the late Ann (nee Rushing) Rup.

Mr. Rup is predeceased by his beloved wife Virginia.

He is survived by his children Colette, Gregory (Theresa) and Christian (Jenn.)

Grandfather of Gregory, Frankie, Nolan and Tessa.

Brother of the late Kenny, the late John and Debbie.

Calling hours will be Saturday, July 19 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM and Sunday, July 20 from 2:00 – 5:00 & 7:00 – 9:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc., 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 AM on Monday, July 21 at Good Shepherd R.C. Church, 1950 Batchelder Street, Brooklyn, NY.

Burial to immediately follow be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Brooklyn on Monday, July 21 at 11:30 AM.
