Norma R. Rios, age 91, of Brooklyn Passed away Tuesday, June 3, 2025. Norma R. Rios was born July 30, 1933. She is the daughter of the late Quirino and the late Mercedes (Ecchevaria) Hernandez. Cherished mother of Norma L. Rios (Angus Wheeler) and Edward J. Rios (Jackie). Adored grandmother of Stephanie, Jason Alissa, Sarina and Xavier.
