OMG I'm in shock. I lived on E26th Street, around the block from Adam and his family while we went to elementary school. Went to his Bar Mitzvah. We played hockey in his backyard and his basement. We skated at the Abe Stark ice rink in Coney Island, and then stayed for the amateur hockey games afterward. We did the CB radio thing, and watched the wrestling on weekends, when Andre the Giant and Mil Mascaras were still competing. His parents Betty and Rocky treated me so graciously. Rocky's CB handle was "Rocky the Rocket". And his little brother David's nickname in the neighborhood was "Little Buddy" (he was around 8 at the time). So so many fond memories hanging out with Adam and his wonderful family. Rest in peace my old friend.
