Jennifer's spirit sparkled with a lively enthusiasm. She was a wonderful witness to the joy of the Lord and the earnest persistence of hope when we truly trust in God. I enjoyed working with Jennifer on Standing Committee at Annual Conference. It was so easy to love her buoyant spirit and so refreshing to know she loved us, each and every one of us. We will miss her so very much. May the Lord comfort and reassure each of you in her absence. Her love continues to live through us.
Eddie and Jazmin, thank you for the excellent job you did raising that lady right. Samuel, I'm so sorry for your too-soon loss. JQ was someone I enjoyed being with, thinking with, worshiping with, and laughing with. Christ's peace be with you all as you grieve with hope. -Leah
Thankful to have known such a beautiful soul. JQ, as she was affectionately called in seminary was a powerhouse of heart and spirit. Even though I only saw her once a year or so, we always started where we left off. My life has been positively impacted by her and she will be greatly missed.
Jennifer was one of my greeters at seminary and I always enjoyed our conversations and her infectious smile and beautiful singing. Her love for Jesus showed in her persona and her life. May she rest in peace and may the Lord be with her family.
Jennifer and I became close while working together on Standing Committee. She spoke directly and lovingly and was a comfort to me in difficult times. Her faith, love of her family and students was evident in every word she spoke. I will miss her.
Grateful for the many conversations we had about ministry, love, personal growth over the years while she was a student at the seminary. I’m grateful for all the goodness she has been able to sing and do into this world. This is a deep deep sorrow.
