Intelligent, funny,warm, supportive,fiercely loyal-just a few words to describe Fran. We will miss her beautiful smile, the loving way she spoke of her family and friends, and her keen interest in our lives and our family. We worked together, dined together and had a blast in AC. I had the pleasure of working for Fran for about 3 years. I was new to New York and new to Real Estate but she took the time to explain things and carefully guide me. She was honest, kind and always available to talk. She was my favorite part of working at White & Williams. I am so saddened by this great loss but grateful to have known her generosity.

Fran was one of those people with whom you felt, not only a connection, but interestingly, as if you had known her all your life. A dear friend that you might not speak to for a couple of months but when you did you were able to pick up where you left off and it felt completely comfortable. She always spoke lovingly of her family and cherished being with them and watching them flourish. You all were Top Shelf! She was an excellent attorney that worked tirelessly to get the job done. I am the better for meeting and working with her and I will miss her dearly. My deepest sympathies for the family.

I had the pleasure of working with Fran as her "New Jersey attorney" for over 25 years: first when she was at Koerner Silberberg and for the last 12 years at White and Williams. More recently, I am fortunate to have her represent my daughter and son-in-law in the purchase of their first home in Middle Village, Queens. Fran was a bright, articulate, warm, compassionate, funny, no-nonsense woman, who did not suffer fools gladly. Her moral compass was unparalleled. I will miss you, Fran.

Fran was a very friendly, pleasant and witty woman who I had the pleasure of helping with her technical issues working at White and Williams LLP in the I.T. department.
