Mary A. Nestor, age 83, of Brooklyn passed away on Monday, April 16, 2018. Mrs. Nestor was born June 28, 1934 in Brooklyn, NY. She is the daughter of the late John Patrick and the late Mary (O'Brien) Maxwell. Dedicated art teacher at Bishop Kearney High School for over twenty years. Beloved wife of Edward G. Nestor. Loving mother of Mary Theresa Nestor, Edward John Nestor and Brian Thomas Nestor. Dear sister of Catherine Gustafson, the late John Maxwell, the late Jimmy Maxwell, the late Joseph Maxwell, the late Betty Barnes and the late Margaret Chrouch. Cherished aunt and great aunt.

Reposing Thursday, April 19 from 6:00 – 9:00 PM and Friday, April 20 from 2-5 and 7-9 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn.

Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:45 AM on Saturday, April 21 at Good Shepherd R.C. Church, 1950 Batchelder Street, Brooklyn, NY. Burial to immediately follow at St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale.
