Obituary of Grace Ferrier

Grace Ferrier, age 93, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, March 11, 2018. Mrs. Ferrier was born March 16, 1924 in Brooklyn, NY. She is the daughter of the late Harry and the late Carie (Hansen) Besterman. Beloved wife of the late Louis Ferrier. Loving mother of Carolyn Spinner and her husband Frank T. Spinner, Louis Ferrier and his wife Robin Ferrier, Thomas Ferrier, Anna Ringland and her husband David Ringland. Dear sister of the late Dorothy Hermansen, the late Harriet Acito, the late William Besterman, the late Mae Thatcher, the late Jean Besterman and the late Lorraine Angley. Cherished grandmother of Frank L. Spinner, Kristen Collins, Carrie Cormier, Louis Ferrier, Thomas Ferrier and Lauren Ringland. Treasured great grandmother of  BrookLynn Cormier, Meghan Cormier, Caytlin Cormier, Kayla Spinner, Matthew Collins, Daniel Collins, Ava Spinner and Frank J. Spinner.

Reposing Thursday, March 15 from 2 to 5 and 7to 9 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.

Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:30 AM on Friday, March 16 at Resurrection R.C. Church, 2331 Gerritsen Avenue, Brooklyn, NY. Burial to follow at Long Island National Cemetery, Farmingdale.
